The "Champagne Tatu Papi" is a Cuban American Tattoo Artist/Designer/Athlete.

his unique nickname came from a few clients calling him "papi" due to his cuban heritage,

then it turned towards the "papi" that does tattoos, to then the Tatu Papi.

The "Champagne" part... well, he is a big fan of DRAKE and their respective IG handles inspired 

for it to become CHAMPAGNE TATU PAPI.

Born and raised in the heart n' soul of the beautiful mixed latino/ chicano hip-hop culture infusion of

North east Los Angeles and black & grey mecca East Los Angeles.

He is proud to call L.A. home

Inspired by the abundance of art influences of local, classic & famous artists...

it nourished his appetite, desire, and fire for the arts.

It was easy to say that he was "born to make art!"

a self- proclaimed comic book geek, movie buff, sci-fi nerd & cartoon junkie,

his addiction to animation & comic books made his imagination run wild.
